Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills necessary to turn briefs and rough drafts into clean, on-brand, and easy-to-ship web-ready designs.

About the Role
As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.

Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.
Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems.
Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets.
Cross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials.
Brand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use.
English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required). **Additional requirements **
